When I went to the store to pick up a product worth over $1,500 for my husband, it arrived with a large scratch. When I pointed out the scratch to Alex, the person who helped me, he acted it wasn't a big deal and told me to return it if I didn't like it. His attitude was rude and made me upset. He acted as if I got what I paid for as soon as I pointed out the scratch and didn't even apologize or feel sorry for the damage. Is $1,500 worthless to him? It made me wonder if he treated me this way because I purchased something on sale. I agree that it was a good deal because the original price was over $3,100; however, who wants something with a scratch in the first place? He showed me a disrespectful attitude in other ways as well. To cut a long story short, if he had calmly explained what might have happened and been compassionate about how I felt about what I'd been waiting for, I might have considered getting it satisfied even if it wasn't in the best condition, but his disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour enraged me so much that I couldn't help but file an official complaint.
On the other hand, Zendrew, the manager, demonstrated the best example of good service. I felt respected. His professional problem-solving ability and pleasant demeanour made me feel a little better. Isn't it all about the attitude?
I visited the store a few weeks ago because I needed a pair of pants for an event that evening. This was my first time at Harry in a few years, and was welcomed by a sales associate, Alex. He asked me some questions about the event and my general style and got me sorted for the evening. I was so impressed by the experience I have been back a couple times since and worked with Alex to do a full wardrobe update. The selection of the store, quality of the brands and service from Alex is the reason I really don't see myself going anywhere else in the future.

I Had the pleasure of dealing with the store’s clothing brand ambassadors Al, from the moment I arrived he treated me with respect and dignity. He listened to my concerns and wishes. He is of similar age and style. He really understood what I was asking for, from the moment I walked in he worked one on one with me until I was satisfied, suggesting things I never knew existed, and almost certainly never would have if i dealt with any other staff. I will never shop at Harry Rosen with another staff member again. So I hope you keep him as happy as he made me. Thanks again Al , see you soon
My husband has shopping here for 30 years. The service and selection for men’s wear is exceptional. He has been shopping with Alfred from Oakridge to pacific center - no one does it like Alfred. He is kind, patient, stylish and best of all budget conscious. One of the rare, high ends shopping places where everyone you walk past greets you and makes you feel welcomed! This is one of the best shopping places for men in Vancouver.
I want to commend James (manager) for assisting me in a delicate and time sensitive manner regarding delays with my suit for my wedding.
It came down to the wire with two days before the big day, he was exceptionally detailed and understanding of the situation. He made sure I had a suit fitted, tailored and delivered to me the day before. It made me feel confident and appreciative of his and his team's efforts to deliver such a fine product.
